Each skein is dyed to my intended outcome. The beauty of hand dyeing is that no two dye lots are identical, you can inquire about larger quantities of similar dye lots. I use Acid Dyes, mixing and combining to find colors I love. On occasion I use natural dyes or fun things like Kool-Aid.

It is my goal to provide you a product that will last for years to come. My product photography attempts to accurately render colors, tones, and variations, but those variables are subtle and photography is not always absolute.

In the United States, orders ship by USPS priority mail within 3 working days of receipt of payment. They may be shipped by first class mail at a lower mailing cost by request. Orders to other countries will ship by first class international mail to save postage expenses. Please contact me if you wish other shipping arrangements and/or insurance for additional charges.Refunds are handled on a case by case basis and primarily for a defective product.
